The "Glow protocol" packages BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu together and markets the combination for skin, hair and recovery. Each of those three has its own literature, and each has its own limits — mostly animal work for the first two, mostly topical and in-vitro work for the third. Combining them does not combine their evidence. Nobody has tested whether the three interact, whether they are stable together in one vial, or whether the mixture does anything the components do not.
A compounded blend, typically BPC-157 (pentadecapeptide, gastric juice-derived, angiogenic and tendon-healing signal in rodent models), TB-500 (LKKTETQ actin-binding fragment of thymosin beta-4), and GHK-Cu (copper-binding tripeptide with documented effects on collagen and matrix remodelling, largely from topical and in-vitro work). Ratios vary between suppliers. There is no published pharmacokinetic, stability or interaction data for the combination, and copper-peptide chemistry in particular raises formulation questions when mixed with other peptides in solution.
