By using DB Peptide you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our disclaimer. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What this site is

DB Peptide is an informational reference about peptide research. It does not sell compounds, does not operate a shop, and does not fulfil orders. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a recommendation to use any substance.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-copy the database, in whole or in substantial part.
• Do not present our content as your own, or republish profiles without attribution and a link.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Do not use the site to promote or facilitate anything unlawful where you are.
• Do not use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for others.

Accounts

A tracker account is optional and gates no content. You are responsible for the security of the email address used to sign in, since possession of that inbox is what grants access.

We may suspend or remove an account that is used in breach of these terms.

Your content

Data you enter into the tracker remains yours. We store it to provide the feature, and we do not claim ownership or any licence to publish it. You can export or delete it at any time from the tracker.

Our content

Profile text, evidence grades, editorial writing, design and code are the property of DB Peptide. Underlying scientific facts and the cited primary sources are not ours and are attributed to their publishers throughout.

Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is fine. Reproducing the database is not.

Affiliate links

Some outbound supplier links earn a commission. This is disclosed sitewide in the footer, on the suppliers page, and on every individual link. Commission arrangements never influence evidence grades.

Any transaction you enter into with a supplier is between you and that supplier. We are not a party to it and have no responsibility for the product, its quality, or its delivery.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any information is current or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DB Peptide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the last-updated date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
