The pairing is marketed on the idea that BPC-157 and TB-500 work on repair through different routes — one on angiogenesis and growth factor signalling, the other on cell migration through actin — so together they should cover more ground. It is a plausible story. It is also entirely untested: neither compound has a completed human efficacy trial, and no study has ever examined them together.
A compounded blend of BPC-157, a stable gastric pentadecapeptide with documented tendon, ligament and gut healing effects in rodent models and reported upregulation of VEGFR2 and the nitric oxide system, and TB-500, the LKKTETQ actin-binding fragment of thymosin beta-4. No pharmacokinetic, stability or interaction data exists for the combination, and neither component has an established human dose. Ratios differ between suppliers.
