A two-peptide successor to Matrixyl, pairing a collagen signal with an anti-inflammatory fragment. Evidence is largely supplier-generated.

Overview

Matrixyl 3000 combines two palmitoylated peptides rather than one. The first is a GHK fragment that signals for collagen and matrix production. The second is intended to reduce the low-grade inflammation that drives matrix breakdown, on the reasoning that building more collagen matters less if you are not also slowing its destruction. Independent published trials are thin — most of what exists comes from the ingredient supplier.

It is a different formulation, not a demonstrated improvement. The original pal-KTTKS has a published independent vehicle-controlled trial behind it; Matrixyl 3000's evidence is largely from the company that sells the ingredient. Newer is not automatically better-evidenced.
